What to do if you don't have evidence to upload
If you are unable to upload evidence to support your employment gap, please contact your Hiring Manager at the company who requested your references and they may be able to add this gap without providing an evidence file upload.
RefNow Support cannot waive or modify this requirement; only the hiring organisation has the authority to do so. Additionally, you can ask your hiring manager for guidance on acceptable alternatives, such as providing a referee from your last place of education or employment who uses a professional email address.
