To send a reminder to either a candidate or a referee from your RefNow account, you will just have to follow the steps below:
SEND REMINDER TO A CANDIDATE:
- Once you've logged in your RefNow Account, the first page you will see is your Request Timeline as shown below:
- Hover over the Actions button on the PURPLE BOX and click on Send Reminder. You will be asked if you are sure you would like to send a reminder, click on Send.
- You will be able to see how many reminders have been sent via email, text and phone if you hover over the Delivery log.
SEND REMINDER TO A REFEREE:
To send reminders to a referee, simply follow the steps above but instead, you will have to action this by hovering over the WHITE BOX and click on Send Reminders.
