If you are a candidate and have entered the incorrect referee email address you can update or edit it by following these steps:
- Click the link you received by email to manage your referees
- Click the red Pencil icon next to the referees name
- Enter the new email address for the referee
- Click Save
The referee will be sent an email to the new email address provided by you above.
Please note: If you do not see a red pencil icon, it may mean this option has been turned off by the hiring manager for this request. In this case you should contact us to create a support ticket to edit the email. Also note you cannot edit details if the reference has already been completed by the referee.
If you need to change any other details about the referee such as their name or telephone number, you will need to create a support ticket.
