RefNow Inbound has an exciting feature that allows you to easily spot any possible duplicate data for an employee.
A Duplicate is detected when 2 or more rows have exactly the same value for: NI/Taxid Number and Start Date. This means that you have 2 rows which represent the same employee (because the NI/TaxID is the same for them) and they both have identical start dates (meaning they likely have the same role).
To access the report displaying your duplicates:
- Login to the RefNow Portal
- Click on the Inbound menu, and then select Manage
- From the Menu in the top left corner, choose Duplicates Report
If duplicates are found, you will be presented with a list showing the Start Date and the Count of how many duplicates were found.
Simply click on a row to expand and view the duplicate records. By clicking the View/Edit button, you will be taken to a page where you can edit or delete the record.
