How to upload a PDF file when you've been asked to complete a reference

When completing a reference, you will have the option to attach a PDF file for a reference. Here are the steps on how to do it:

1. You will receive an email asking you to complete the reference
2. Click on the "Complete Reference" link
3. Click on "Upload PDF reference here" which will enable you to upload a file
4. The last step will be choosing a file and clicking "Upload Reference File". Bear in mind that if the document you have is in Word or any other format, this will have to be converted to a PDF file in order for you to be able to upload this. Once you have uploaded your reference, you will receive a successful upload confirmation message.
