How to Unarchive a Request

If you have archived a candidate by mistake or wish to restore an old request, you can easily unarchive it from within the RefNow portal.

Follow the steps below to bring a request back into your active list.

How to unarchive a request

1. Login to the RefNow portal.

2. Click the Referencing tab.

3. Click the Filter icon.

   

4. Under Active Status, select Archived.

5. Click Save to apply the filter.

6. From the list, select the archived candidate you want to restore.

7. On the candidate page, click Unarchive at the top.

Your candidate and request will now return to your active list.
