As a Super Admin, you can upload a custom logo for your organisation. This logo will be used in emails and reports sent to candidates and referees.
How to Set Your Organisation Logo
- Navigate to Settings → My Organisation
- Scroll down to the Organisation Logo section (only visible to Super Admin users)
- Click Upload Logo or Replace Logo if you already have one
- Select an image file from your computer
- Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
- Maximum file size: 3 MB
- Recommended size: 300px width or height (the system will automatically resize larger images)
- The logo will be uploaded and displayed immediately
- Your logo will now appear in all emails and reports sent from your organisation
Managing Your Logo
To replace your logo: Click Replace Logo and select a new image file
To delete your logo: Click the delete icon (trash can) next to your current logo. You'll be asked to confirm before the logo is deleted.
Tips
- Use a high-quality image with a transparent background (PNG format) for best results
- Ensure your logo is clear and readable at small sizes
- The logo will be automatically resized to fit email templates, so very large images will be compressed
Troubleshooting
Logo won't upload?
- Check that your file is JPG, JPEG, or PNG format
- Ensure the file size is under 3 MB
- Try refreshing the page and uploading again
Logo looks blurry in emails?
- Upload a higher resolution version of your logo
- Use PNG format with a transparent background for better quality
Note: Only Super Admin users can upload and manage organisation logos. If you don't see this option, contact your organisation's Super Admin.
