Unable to signup your business to RefNow using personal email addresses from @hotmail or @gmail etc

Why personal email addresses are rejected and only work emails are accepted.

We only allow accounts to be created using official work email addresses. We will not allow accounts to be created using @hotmail.com, @gmail.com or any other public email service.

Please try again using your official work email (john.smith@mycompanyname.com).

If you experience difficulties trying to create an account using your official work email please check the the domain has not already been claimed by someone working in your organisation. If you continue to have issues please contact us.
