This domain has already been claimed error during signup

The domain has already been claimed

If you receive the error message "This domain has already been claimed" when trying to register, this means that someone within your organisation already has an active account with RefNow.

The person in your organisation that owns the account will have to grant you access to the account by creating a new user for you. If he/she is no longer working at your organisation, we will need a manager or director to get in touch with us by emailing support@refnow.co.uk to provide approval, we will then be able to add you to the account.
